The Google My Business App has been Replaced with Google Search and Maps. You can now manage your Google listing through the search engine or Google Maps application.
The reason why Google wanted to remove the application is for users to utilise Google Maps more and to simplify the process for small medium sized businesses and freelancers!
With a Google Business Profile, you can:
👉 Maintain accurate information about your business online
👉 Interact with customers
👉 Attract new customers. E.g. Point customers to your website.
To access your ‘old GMB’ (Google My Business) or ‘new GBP’ (Google Business Profile) simply visit the Business Profile Manager: business.google.com.
Or download the Google Maps app and search for your Business Name and click on the “Your Business Profile” option to access your account.
